Return & Refund Policy

We value the quality of our products and services, so we must carefully inspect the product and pack it ourselves before sending the package.

1. What should I do if the product is defective?
We're sorry that this item is defective, and we will actively handle such incidents. We need your help too.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 30 days after shipment.
Second: Please take a photo of the defective product and email us the photo so that I can submit them to our technical director. After she checks and agrees, we'll add the message to your next order for free.
Third: if not recognized. Please find our customer service staff via Whatsapp and they will complete the refund or exchange for you.

2. Return or cancellation policy with cooling-off period (customer can return within 30 days of delivery without any explanation within the time frame). Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping fee shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose. Refunds (including payment fees, excluding shipping) will be processed within 7 business days.

3. If the package is damaged or delayed for a long time due to logistics, new crown virus and other factors, you need to apply for a refund, please contact our customer service in time. You will be refunded after confirming with you.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs. Consumers are not charged a restocking fee for returned products. Full refunds (including payment fees) will be processed within 7 business days.
