- How long will the out-of-stock items be stocked?
We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we'll restock as soon as possible.
- The item is available when I place the order, but why it is not after I finish the payment?
Most of items are available on our website, but with the increasing of the order, we nearly not notice the inventory of it. We are sorry to being late to update the listing.
- Can I change or cancel items in my paid order?

- How to deal with, if the item is defective?
